Question: I can’t find your address, where are you located?
Answer: The reason we don't post an address is because we have experienced trouble with customers returning items without authorization. All items have to be approved before an item can be shipped back. Just request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) under your account details. Back to Top
Question: Are your products genuine brands?
Answer: It is against the law to offer counterfeits imposed as genuine brands. We only offer genuine brand name products. All products and any brand names represented in our store are 100% genuine. Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: We offer a no hassle 14 day return policy. The 14 days applies 14 days from the day we ship your original order. You may Contact Us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), for a return or an exchange. When we receive your item(s), we will refund your order amount less shipping and handling charges. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging materials, warranty cards and documentation. All item(s) returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
*All products must be retured in the same condition as received. If returned item is not in the same condition then the package will be refused or higher restocking fee's will apply. No item should be shipped back in envelopes and must contain your RMA number. Back to Top

Question: Do I have to pay shipping charges?
Answer: If your purchase total is $99 or over, you will receive free shipping via USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail. If the purchase is under $99, you simply pay a flat $6.95 shipping charge.
